Tsungai has over a decade of experience in commercial law. With a particular interest in franchising, Tsungai also has experience in intellectual property law, retail leasing, commercial property law, corporate finance, and immigration law.

Complementing his expertise in franchising, Tsungai also has experience in intellectual property law, retail leasing, commercial property law, corporate finance, and immigration law. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of matters in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court, County Court and Magistrates Court.
He also has the invaluable hands-on experience of being a former executive director of two companies in Victoria. Tsungai is friendly and approachable, and prides himself on being a legal strategist with a solution-focused approach.
Tsungai graduated from Bond University with a Juris Doctor, and he also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Financial Planning and Commercial Law) from Deakin University. He is a Legal Practitioner and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
